Who we are

Bolt Creator Dashboard is operated by Bolt Healthcare Ltd, trading as Bolt Pharmacy, for its content ambassadors. This policy covers only the dashboard at crew.boltpharmacy.co.uk — for Bolt Pharmacy's patient-facing services, see the policy at boltpharmacy.co.uk.

What we collect

Your email address (used for passwordless sign-in) and the profile details you enter yourself — name, handles, and deliverable submissions. If you connect TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram, we store an encrypted OAuth access token plus the account identifiers we resolved (e.g. your TikTok open_id, or your Facebook Page and linked Instagram id). Tokens are encrypted at rest and never displayed.

How we use it

We use connected-account tokens only to read your own public profile, stats, and recent posts, and to display them back to you on your dashboard. We never post, message, or take any action on your behalf, and we never share your tokens with anyone.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account from your Accounts page immediately and permanently deletes its stored token and identifiers — there is no retention period. See Data deletion for full instructions, including how to revoke access if you can't sign in.
